Cancellation Policy
At BlissBalloon, we value your celebrations and understand that unexpected changes can happen. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while considering the time and effort that goes into planning your event.
Cancellation by Customer
Advance Bookings – If the booking was made in advance, cancellations must be done at least 6 hours before the scheduled event to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund, as preparations and arrangements would already be in progress.
Same-Day Bookings – For same-day bookings, you may cancel up to 3 hours before the scheduled event for a full refund.
Rescheduling Policy
Bookings can be rescheduled once for free if requested at least 3 hours before the event time (subject to availability).
Requests to reschedule within less than 3 hours may attract an additional rescheduling fee.
Cancellation by BlissBalloon
If BlissBalloon is unable to fulfill a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either:
A 100% refund, or
An option to reschedule your event at no extra cost.
Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.
